Job Summary:

- Provide hands-on therapy and treatment to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and functional capabilities
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the overall well-being of patients
- Document and maintain detailed records of patients' progress and treatment plans
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
