Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on care to patients who are struggling with physical challenges and limitations. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans and help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and regain function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs
- Utilize various modalities and techniques to improve patients' physical abilities
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on techniques for managing and preventing injuries
- Document patients' progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in physical therapy practice
- CPR certification
