Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall physical health. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and a strong ability to create personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength and flexibility
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
- CPR certification
