Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions to improve their mobility, strength, and overall function. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans and guide them through exercises and therapies to promote healing and prevent future injuries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their specific needs and goals
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
-Provide hands-on therapy and manual techniques to improve patients' range of motion and reduce pain
-Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities to promote strength and flexibility
-Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics and injury prevention strategies
-Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to track progress and update treatment plans as needed
-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
-Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
-CPR certification
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
-Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities
-Continuing education in the field of Physical Therapy
