Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries or surgeries, improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence in their daily activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history and physical condition
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and function
- Educate patients and their families on safe and effective techniques for at-home care
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with a variety of treatment techniques and modalities
- CPR certification
