Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing dental procedures, and providing preventative dental care. The Dentist will work closely with patients to maintain their oral health and educate them on proper oral hygiene practices.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Diagnose and treat various dental conditions
2. Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
3. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
4. Develop treatment plans for patients based on their dental needs
5. Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals
6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry
8. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and comfort during dental procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) or Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school
2. Valid state dental license
3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work well in a team environment
6. Attention to detail and precision in dental work
7. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dentistry
8. Continuing education in dentistry is preferred
