Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical disabilities or injuries. They create customized treatment plans to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct initial evaluations to assess a patient's condition and develop treatment plans
- Implement and monitor therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Educate patients on proper techniques for rehabilitation and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
