Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional rehabilitation services to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, mobility, and function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations and treatment outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
