Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to help patients recover from injuries and improve mobility. Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
2. Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
3. State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care.
7. Physical stamina and strength to assist patients in therapy sessions.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting patient progress.
