Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties:

- Implement and administer a variety of physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide optimal care
- Educate and instruct patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies
- Utilize specialized equipment and assistive devices to aid in patient rehabilitation
- Stay updated on new treatment techniques, research findings, and industry advancements through continuous professional development
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Adhere to ethical standards and ensure patient confidentiality at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program (Master's degree or Doctorate degree preferred)
- Valid and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience or clinical rotations in various PT settings, such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, or rehabilitation centers
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in developing personalized treatment plans and implementing evidence-based interventions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach in providing care
- Ability to lift and move patients, as well as physically assist them during therapy sessions
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and documentation practices
