Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping patients regain movement and manage pain through various physical therapies. The Physical Therapist will assess patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility and function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting assessments of patients' physical condition and creating individualized treatment plans
- Implementing physical therapy techniques to improve patients' range of motion, strength, and coordination
- Educating patients on exercises and stretches to promote healing and prevent future injuries
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with a diverse patient population
- CPR certification
