Job Summary:

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for home care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- CPR certification and continuing education in physical therapy
