Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team and help our clients improve their ability to perform everyday activities and live life to the fullest. The ideal candidate will have expertise in evaluating clients' physical and mental conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and working with clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate clients' abilities and limitations related to activities of daily living
- Develop personalized treatment plans to help clients improve their physical and mental well-being
- Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Educate clients and their families on techniques for improving independence and quality of life
- Document clients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of occupational therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
