Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. You will develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to help patients reach their therapy goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical limitations and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer hands-on therapy, exercises, and other therapeutic techniques
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper techniques for stretching, strengthening, and managing pain
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess and develop treatment plans for a diverse patient population
- Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy
- Experience working in a clinical setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
