Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The primary role of the Physical Therapist is to help patients recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries by providing hands-on care and creating customized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others improve their quality of life through physical therapy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical condition and create individualized treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue their recovery at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment sessions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion and empathy for patients
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
