Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to help them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
3. Administer various physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
4. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities of daily living.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
3. CPR certification.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist preferred.
