Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and help improve the quality of life for individuals with physical, mental, or developmental challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human anatomy, psychology, and rehabilitation techniques to create personalized treatment plans that enable clients to achieve their goals and regain independence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities
- Implement therapeutic interventions to help clients regain strength, endurance, and coordination
- Educate clients on adaptive techniques and equipment to facilitate independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients' needs
