Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. You will develop and implement treatment plans that include exercises, stretching, and hands-on techniques to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct patient evaluations to determine their physical needs and limitations.
2. Develop and implement customized treatment plans for each patient.
3. Guide patients through exercises and therapeutic activities to improve strength and mobility.
4. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Educate patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
7. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
5. Ability to assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions.
6. Skilled in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
7. Passion for helping patients achieve their physical therapy goals.
