Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their mobility and overall quality of life through customized therapy plans. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their wellness goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patients' goals
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and strength
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and the latest advancements in physical therapy
