Job title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Physical Therapist to join our team and help improve the quality of life for our patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to help them regain strength, mobility, and function through personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical history, physical condition, and functional abilities to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, relieving pain, and restoring function
- Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve strength and range of motion
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy practices
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Previous experience in physical therapy or a related field is preferred
