Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following an injury or illness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in musculoskeletal therapy and be dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals through personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions
2. Develop individualized therapy treatment plans
3. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility
4. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
5. Educate patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
7. Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
2. Valid state license and certification as a Physical Therapist
3. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Experience in musculoskeletal therapy preferred
7. CPR certification
8. Strong problem-solving abilities
9. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
