Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical impairments to help them achieve optimal functioning and improve their quality of life. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical limitations and needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address the specific goals and needs of each patient.
- Providing hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to help patients improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued improvement and prevention of future injuries.
- Participating in clinical meetings, conferences, and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in physical therapy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Compassion and empathy for patients.
