Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase function. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical limitations and develop treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and manual techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for each patient
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Stay current on the latest research and techniques in the field of physical therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- CPR certification
