Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and help improve the lives of our clients through therapy interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and be able to design individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate clients' physical and mental abilities to determine appropriate therapy goals
2. Develop and implement treatment plans to help clients improve their motor skills, coordination, and independence in daily tasks
3. Provide guidance and support to clients and their families on how to navigate challenges in their daily lives
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients
5. Document client progress and communicate with supervisors and healthcare team members as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
2. State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and abilities
5. Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
