Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing treatment to patients with various physical conditions and injuries. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, massages, and other therapeutic techniques
- Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for home therapy
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
- State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
