Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop, recover, or improve the skills needed for daily living and working. You will focus on improving the physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being of individuals with disabilities or injuries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct assessments to determine the specific needs of each patient
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
3. Provide therapeutic activities to improve motor skills and coordination
4. Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving independence

7. Stay current on research and best practices in occupational therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
2. State license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages
5. Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
6. Experience working in a healthcare setting
7. Certification in specialty areas such as pediatrics or geriatrics is a plus
