Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals who have physical, mental, developmental, or emotional disabilities to develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills. You will help clients improve their abilities to perform tasks in their daily lives and workplace.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate clients' abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
2. Assist clients in carrying out daily activities, such as dressing, bathing, and grooming
3. Provide guidance and education to clients and their families
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment
5. Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
2. State license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Patience and empathy towards clients
