Job Title: Speech Therapist (SLP)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our team and provide specialized therapy services to individuals with speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communication disorders and be able to assess and treat clients in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Educate clients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification
- State licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist (SLP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
