Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered physical therapy services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress to help them achieve optimal physical function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
2. Administer physical therapy treatments and exercises to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and function
3. Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques and home exercise programs
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
6. Stay current with latest research and trends in the field of physical therapy
7. Comply with all regulatory and ethical standards in healthcare practice
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
2. Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
5. Experience working with patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds
6. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
7. CPR certification
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
