Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide personalized care for patients recovering from injuries or illnesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for helping others improve their quality of life through rehabilitation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and create customized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to help patients improve mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
