Job Summary:
The Director of Rehab is responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department in a healthcare facility. They manage a team of therapists, create treatment plans for patients, and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Supervise and mentor a team of therapists including physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
