Job Title: Speech Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Therapist to join our team. The Speech Therapist will work with individuals of all ages who have difficulty with speech, language, and communication. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and experienced in providing therapy to help clients improve their communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs
- Implement therapy techniques to improve clients' speech and language skills
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate clients and their families on techniques to support communication development
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred
