Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team and provide quality rehabilitation services to our patients. The Physical Therapist will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans to help them regain mobility, relieve pain, and improve overall physical function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine the root cause of patients' physical limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and education to help patients improve their range of motion, strength, and balance
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- CPR certification
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
