Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide comprehensive therapy services to patients with physical, mental, and developmental challenges. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients to create customized treatment plans aimed at improving daily functioning and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their therapy goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and independence
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care and support for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating a diverse patient population
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
