Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to work with individuals who have communication disorders. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients to improve their speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve clients' communication skills

- Keep detailed and accurate records of patient progress

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of speech therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Therapist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
