Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. The Physical Therapist will develop treatment plans, provide effective therapy sessions, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement various therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patient function
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques they can practice at home
- Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patients' progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
