Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to assess their physical abilities and create customized treatment plans to help them improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in anatomy and physiology, and a passion for helping others achieve their physical therapy goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
- Use a variety of techniques, such as exercise, massage, and ultrasound, to help patients improve mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises to prevent future injuries
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
- Document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Stay current on the latest research and techniques in physical therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
