Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them recover from injuries and illnesses, improve their movement and manage pain. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility and function
- Educate patients on proper techniques for improving strength and flexibility
- Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology
- Excellent clinical and assessment skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
