Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help improve their physical health and well-being through various therapeutic exercises and treatments. Responsibilities and Duties:

3. Monitor and track patients' progress throughout the course of treatment.

6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations and treatment plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. State licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
