Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in order to improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans and implement therapeutic exercises to help them reach their goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques
- Monitor and track patients' progress
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
