Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions and injuries. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help improve their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' condition and create individualized treatment plans
- Perform hands-on therapy to help improve mobility, strength, and range of motion
- Educate patients on proper exercises and techniques for at-home therapy
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document patients' progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
