Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in individuals of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their communication skills and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine the nature and extent of speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Experience working with individuals with a variety of speech and language disorders
