Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients who have physical impairments and disabilities. They will work with patients to develop personalized treatment plans to help improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase overall functional abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting patient assessments to determine physical limitations and develop treatment plans
- Administering therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and strength
- Educating patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines in patient care
- Participating in continuing education to stay current on best practices in physical therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
