Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality therapy services to patients in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities and tasks
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide ongoing support and education to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in occupational therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care
