Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and help improve the quality of life for our patients. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to alleviate pain, restore mobility, and promote overall healing and wellness through exercise, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs
- Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote physical rehabilitation
- Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper home exercises and techniques for ongoing self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques and manual therapy
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
