Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them improve their physical and mental well-being through therapeutic activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and daily living skills
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on how to continue therapy at home
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities
