Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and caring Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them recover from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions through physical therapy treatments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of human anatomy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop customized treatment plans
- Implement physical therapy techniques to help improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physical therapy techniques
