Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will work with patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Help patients improve motor skills and coordination
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Educate patients and family members on techniques for improving function
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of current Occupational Therapy practices
