Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to help them improve their ability to perform daily activities and maintain independence. Your role will involve evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' limitations and abilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address clients' occupational needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Educate clients and their families on techniques for improving daily living skills
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with clients of all ages and abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
