Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or other physical conditions through exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment techniques. You will work closely with patients to improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct initial assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs
2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's unique situation
3. Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other modalities to improve patients' physical health
4. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
5. Educate patients on exercises and techniques they can do at home to continue their progress
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
7. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
2. State licensure as a Physical Therapist
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
6. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapy techniques
7. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
